Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how VisioClarity handles personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or use the visual intelligence platform. It describes the information we handle, the purposes for handling it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we handle

Depending on how you interact with VisioClarity, we may handle contact details such as your name, work email, company, and message; account, workspace, collection, role, and usage information; and technical information needed to operate the website and service.

Customer content may include images, visual assets, metadata, collection information, and other material that an organization chooses to process through VisioClarity.

2. Purposes and legal bases

We use information to operate and secure the website and platform, respond to inquiries, administer accounts and workspaces, provide visual analysis, enrichment, search, analytics, and asset-management workflows, communicate about relevant service matters, and meet legal obligations.

Depending on the context and applicable law, the legal basis may be performance of a contract or steps requested before entering one, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, compliance with a legal obligation, or your consent. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.

3. Customer content and roles

An organization using VisioClarity generally determines what customer content is uploaded and how it is used. In that context, the organization is responsible for its instructions and notices, and VisioClarity processes the content to provide the service. For website inquiries and VisioClarity account administration, VisioClarity handles information for its own operational purposes.

VisioClarity does not use customer images, assets, or content to train AI models.

4. Storage, processing, and service providers

Customer data storage and processing remain within the European Union. Organizations may optionally use BYOB, or Bring Your Own Bucket, where that option is available under their plan or agreement.

We may use providers that support hosting, storage, infrastructure, analytics, communications, support, security, and payment or subscription administration. They may access information only as needed to provide their service, under appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations. The applicable service agreement or data processing documentation may provide additional provider details.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses necessary browser storage to remember your cookie-consent choice and support site functionality. Optional analytics storage is disabled unless you choose to allow analytics in the consent banner. You can reject optional analytics or change your choice through the cookie settings control. Your browser may also provide controls for managing cookies and local storage.

6. Retention and access

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention of customer content after an organization ends its use of the service is governed by the applicable order or service agreement.

Access to customer content is controlled through the organization's configured workspaces, collections, roles, and permissions. VisioClarity does not make customer content public through the platform unless an organization or authorized user chooses an available sharing workflow.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal information. You may also object to certain processing, request portability where applicable, and withdraw consent when consent is the legal basis. If your organization controls the relevant customer content, direct your request to that organization first; we will assist as required by the applicable agreement and law.

You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in the country where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred.

8. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact VisioClarity through the Contact page.
